The kitchen team has been working hard to include more Gluten Free dishes on our Main Menu. This week 90% Starters & Main Courses are GF already or can be adapted to GF.
Our lovely Red Wine Gravy is now GF and we use GF Pork Sausages from Betts’ Butchers in Banbury.
We use Sriracha-spiced GF flour for our Milcombe Fried Chicken and the same flour to thicken sauces.
We’re also planning to extend the range of Vegetarian and Vegan options in 2019.
Gluten Free Beer available in the bar too!
