Our meat comes from Steve Betts’ Butchers in Banbury with Beef hung for a minimum of 28 days.
Fish is delivered daily by New Wave Seafood (it comes mainly from small Cornish Day Boats)
Fruit & vegetables are supplied by David Shepherd of Springhill Farm & various villagers’ allotments & gardens.
We use The Italian Larder in Banbury for speciality products.
